The Little Herb Wreath
A little something from my garden for your kitchen.
Each wreath is made by hand from herbs I grow organically in my garden - rosemary, thyme, marjoram and sage, all gathered together with natural food-safe cooking string.
You can simply pop the whole wreath into a soup or stew, or pull off and crush the herbs over your roasted dishes as you need them. Or just enjoy it hanging in your kitchen for a while. Let it dry naturally, and it will be there whenever your cooking needs a little handful of herbs.
Each one is around 10-12 cm and will be slightly different, depending on what the garden gives me that week. The photos are just an idea of how yours may look - I rather like that no two will ever be exactly the same. And if you’d like to make it a little prettier for hanging, you can add a soft linen or chiffon ribbon. This option is an additional £1.
I’ll be making them fresh every Monday and Wednesday and posting them the same day. They may arrive looking a little tired after their journey - they are fresh herbs after all. Just unpack your wreath, gently reshape it and leave it flat somewhere dry and airy before hanging it up.
And because these are coming straight from my garden, they’ll only be here for as long as the herbs last.
A tiny piece of my garden, ready for your kitchen. Enjoy!
