All herbal teas are blended and prepared in small batches with care.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after purchase.
We ship orders within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail First Class.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–2 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on Royal Mail service conditions.
Digital Products – E-Books & Guides
Digital products such as e-books and downloadable guides are delivered electronically.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your download link shortly after checkout.

Personalised Services
Services such as menu planning, pantry organisation guidance, coaching sessions, and other personalised consultations are tailored individually for each client.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your personalised materials will be delivered via email within 7 days of purchase.

Cooking Classes & Bookings
