At Herb Merchants Kitchen, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products. Please read the following information regarding returns and refunds.
Food Products (Herbal Teas)
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on herbal teas once they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can assist you.
Digital Products
All digital products, including e-books and downloadable guides, are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and the download link has been provided.
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are considered final.
Personalised Services
Services such as meal planning, pantry organisation guidance, coaching sessions, and cooking classes are tailored specifically for each client.
For this reason, refunds are not available once the service has been booked or preparation has begun.
